When preparing a date for that special someone in your life, you may be wondering how you can really wow them without breaking the bank. We’re here to provide you with four date ideas that will have your significant other swooning over how romantic you are.

Indoor or Outdoor Picnic

Planning a picnic may seem like a pretty basic idea, but it doesn’t have to be! Get creative and as romantic as possible.

If you live by the beach, why not go plan ahead and set out the blanket with some roses and some of her favorite flowers? Grab a bottle of wine and a DIY a simple charcuterie board to enjoy with the sunset.

Bracelet: The Abbey

If you happen to opt for an indoor picnic, why not set up shop right in the living room? Transform the space with lots of pillows and maybe even set out a typical checkered picnic blanket. Be sure to light plenty of candles to set the mood as well.

Midnight Bike Ride

This may seem a bit unorthodox, but hear us out! During the day, the city you live in will be crawling with hundreds of other couples on day dates, dinner dates, brunch dates, you name it. However, if you plan a midnight bike ride, the city will be so much quieter.

Busy city street at night

You could pack some snacks, bike down to one of your favorite places with a great view, and do some stargazing. It’s the perfect date for our couples that prefer a bit more privacy.

A Breakfast Date

Ring: The Evermore set
Bracelet: The Gia

Can you say bottomless mimosas? The breakfast date is a personal favorite of ours. Breakfast is arguably one of the cheapest meals of the day, while still keeping it classy.

Rings: The Promise, The Forever, The Desire
Bracelet: The Hope

Try and find some diners or bistros in your area that serve a mean Eggs Benedict or the perfect stack of pancakes. The best part of this is that you’ve still got the whole day to spend together, so why not couple this idea with another one on the list?

Play Tourist in Your City

Rings: The Queen, The Inferno

No matter how long you’ve lived in a city, there’s always more to see! There may be some tours that are offered in your city that neither of you has ever taken advantage of.

Seeing your city with fresh eyes can be a fun way to spend the day, and may even have you looking at the love of your life in a new light.
