Return / Exchange Instructions
WARNING: Do not send rings back with just a stamp. Your return will NOT be trackable. We are NOT responsible for lost packages that are not trackable.
1. Pack all the returned items, along with our refund/exchange form (make sure to fill it out).
*If your item is sent in a standard letter envelope you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- To make things easy, you can use the padded envelope the items arrived in. Do not send items in a standard letter envelope*
Please pack each ring in the individual baggies that you received them in to avoid scratches and damage while in transit (for ladies ring sets, pack the engagement ring and wedding band in separate baggies).
2. Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. (Make sure to get a tracking number so you can track your package)
We recommend USPS First Class Mail. It costs less than $3 to ship within the United States.

3. Once we receive your items, we will process your refund / exchange within 1 - 3 business days.
Which items are returnable?
- Items in new condition & original packaging
- Damaged items (contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a warranty claim).
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item?
- Yes you can, follow our return instructions and specify that you want to exchange your item for a new one.
- Please include the new size in the notes section of the return/exchange form.
Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?
- There are no charges for returns that are received in new and unworn condition, all we ask is that you cover the shipping to send the item(s) back to us.
- If you are exchanging an item, cover the shipping to send the item to us and we'll pay for the shipping to send your replacement.
- Please note that rings sent back for returns or exchanges that are not in new condition may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
