Return / Exchange Instructions

WARNING: Do not send rings back with just a stamp. Your return will NOT be trackable. We are NOT responsible for lost packages that are not trackable. 


1. Pack all the returned items, along with our refund/exchange form (make sure to fill it out).

  • You can download the form here.
  • To make things easy, you can use the padded envelope the items arrived in. Do not send items in a standard letter envelope*

    *If your item is sent in a standard letter envelope you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

2. Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. (Make sure to get a tracking number so you can track your package)

We recommend USPS First Class Mail. It costs less than $3 to ship within the United States.

3. Once we receive your items, we will process your refund / exchange within 1 - 3 business days.

Which items are returnable?

  • Items in new condition & original packaging
  • Damaged items (contact us at hello@modgents.com to submit a warranty claim).


I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item?

  • Yes you can, follow our return instructions and specify that you want to exchange your item for a new one. 
  • Please include the new size in the notes section of the return/exchange form.


Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?

  • There are no charges for returns that are received in new and unworn condition, all we ask is that you cover the shipping to send the item(s) back to us.
  • If you are exchanging an item, cover the shipping to send the item to us and we'll pay for the shipping to send your replacement. 
  • Please note that rings sent back for returns or exchanges that are not in new condition may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
