Ordered the wrong size or want to change the style you ordered? That's no problem! You have 60 days to exchange your ring after you receive your order.*
We have a 30 day, no-questions asked return policy from when you receive your order.*
If your item arrived damaged, please send us an email ASAP with a picture at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
*Please note that rings sent back for returns or exchanges that have been used, worn or are not in new condition may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

We offer a 1 Year Warranty on all of our products. If you have any issues within one year of receiving your ring, we will either repair your ring or replace it for a new one.
Here’s the fine print:
If you experience issues with your ring within the first 30 days of receiving it, we will repair or replace it one time free of charge*.
If you experience issues with your ring after the first 30 days of receiving it, we will repair or replace it*. All we ask is that you cover a $12.95 shipping and handling fee ($24.95 for Canada) per claim. This fee will cover shipping both ways.
*Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover abuse, neglect or modifications done to your ring.

- A photo of the damaged ring
- Your order number or the email used to place the original order
Once we receive your email, our support team will provide you with instructions on the process.
