Ordered the wrong size or want to change the style you ordered? That's no problem! You have 60 days to exchange your ring after you receive your order.* 


We have a 30 day, no-questions asked return policy from when you receive your order.*

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, please send us an email ASAP with a picture at and we will assist you.

*Please note that rings sent back for returns or exchanges that have been used, worn or are not in new condition may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our products. If you have any issues with our products, we will either repair or replace it for a new one.

Here’s the fine print:

If you experience issues with your ring within the first 30 days of receiving it, we will repair or replace it one time free of charge*.

If you experience issues with your ring after the first 30 days of receiving it, we will repair or replace it*. All we ask is that you send the damaged items back, and cover the warranty processing fee:

$14.95 ($24.95 USD for Canada) per item under $100
$24.95 ($34.95 USD for Canada) per item under $200

The warranty processing fee covers our inspection/repair costs, handling, and includes the return shipping to you. If you are in Canada, this fee also covers duties.

*Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover abuse, neglect or modifications done to your ring.

For warranty claims, please send us an email at with the following:

- A photo of the damaged ring

- Your order number or the email used to place the original order

Once we receive your email, our support team will provide you with instructions on the process.
